The house was fantastic & had everything we could need and the welcome basket was a really nice touch. The owners are lovely & we were able to easily contact them if we had needed to. Would recommend Sunday lunch at The Pepper Pot which is on the hill down into New Quay & also great food at Budgies just down & across the road from the house. Overall a great property in a great location.

On arrival we were given a welcome pack with wine, biscuits and Welsh cakes and milk in the fridge. The property has downstairs toilet, and further two upstairs. The garden is very secure and safe for my mother’s small dog and the hot tub was a real plus. Although the property is close to a road there is very little traffic so it is really peaceful We had a wonderful stay and would certainly return if we come to New Quay again Thank you

The house is decorated beautifully and the log fire gave it such a cosy feel. Position was perfect just about a 15 minute walk to town and with a great pub serving food just a couple of minutes walk. The owners were great and gave us their number to text or ring with any problems. I would definitely recommend this property and will be looking to return.
